(1) Introduction
The Campaign for Cannabis Amnesty (hereafter “The Campaign”) is collecting online videos to inform the government of the human cost of the legacy of cannabis conviction records for simple possession. The ultimate objective is to persuade the government to enact legislation to pardon Canadians convicted of simple cannabis possession offences. The “TESTIMONIALS” page of the website is designed to offer Canadians an opportunity to provide their input and meaningfully engage with others through the innovative tool of video vignettes. The information collected through this video collection—upon approval by the moderator—will be available for public viewing on the website www.cannabisamnesty.ca/testimonials. From time to time, certain videos will be featured on the social media platforms managed by The Campaign. The Terms and Conditions set out the terms for use of The Campaign website and the Privacy Notice sets out how your personal information will be collected and for which purpose, as well as how it will be used and disclosed. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice should be read jointly.
